The BikeErg has the same flywheel and performance monitor as the Concept2 RowErg and SkiErg. The air resistance flywheel gives the realistic feel of been out on the open road! The faster you ride the more resistance is felt and you need to push harder. The BikeErg is equipped with a clutch so just like a real bike the flywheel keeps spinning once you stop pedalling.
