Whey Protein Matrix
This is a mix of both whey protein isolate and put whey protein, with isolate being the main source of protein. This keeps the fat contributions low whilst providing a high protein formula. Soy lecithin is added to act as an emulsifier to prevent clumping of the mixture and to help it mix smoothly. Essential amino acids (L-Glutamine, L-Valine) are also added to the protein formula to support muscle recovery and repair.
