Whey protein concentrate – The foundation of the formula. It’s a fast-digesting protein and rich in essential amino acids, perfect for post-workout recovery and building muscle.

Micellar casein – A slow-digesting protein, supporting overnight nourishment, muscle recovery and repair. It releases a steady supply of amino acids over longer periods of time.
